New Bird Walk Dates & Locations

All walks through September will start at 8:00 am in the parking lots of the following locations:

June

June 7 Salali Lane

Salali Lane: Take Fox Ridge Rd to the west off of Highlands Rd in Franklin (NC 28) between the 441 bypass and the Franklin Flea Market, turn right onto Salali Lane, go to the parking lot at the end of the road.

June 14 Macon Co Library

Macon Co Library: 149 Silar Farm Rd, Franklin, NC 2873

June 21 Big Bear

Big Bear: From NE Main St near the Little Tennessee River turn north onto Big Bear Lane, stay to the right and go to the larger parking lot below the pavilion, near the playground and the dog park.

June 28 Salali Lane

Salali Lane: Take Fox Ridge Rd to the west off of Highlands Rd in Franklin (NC 28) between the 441 bypass and the Franklin Flea Market, turn right onto Salali Lane, go to the parking lot at the end of the road.
